City of Davenport

The City of Davenport wants its employees to stay healthy by encouraging them to take advantage of the preventive health screenings. Orlando Health will conduct the following preventive health screening tests/exams for the City of Davenport employees: Vitals (Blood pressure, height, weight, waist circumference); Lab Work (Cholesterol, HbA1c, CBC, CMP); EKG; Chest X-Ray; Calcium Scoring CT Scan. Participants will be asked to: Fast for 12-hours (Please take prescribed medications with water); Avoid caffeine; Wear comfortable clothing; Bring photo ID.

Appointments are available* April 17-28, 2023, on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Screening events will take place at the Orlando Health Horizon West Hospital in Winter Garden, FL.    *Please communicate with your department leader to ensure there is no interruption of workflow.
All employees scheduled for each date will meet at the City of Davenport City Hall and board a city vehicle to travel together. Employees will be compensated for all time spent participating in these health screening events.
Prepare to depart City Hall at 6:00 a.m. to arrive at Orlando Health Horizon West Hospital by 7:00 a.m. You will return to City Hall by 11:00 a.m.
