This is a course for those that have already taken ATLS and are close to expiring.
Due to the fast paced, complex nature of this course, the American College of Surgeons dictates that you must be present for the entire course, you should have no clinical responsibilities, not be on-call, and be on time each day. The use of cell phones and laptops will be discouraged.
Ankle Arthritis: Causes, Prevention and Treatment Plans with Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon, Dr. Pierce Ebaugh
Dr. Pierce Ebaugh, orthopedic surgeon with Orlando Health Jewett Orthopedic Institute, will host an interactive talk about ankle arthritis. Afterward, you will have a key understanding about how to address discomfort related to ankle pain.
As part of the lecture, a complimentary meal will be provided.

Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) Student Course
This course is designed to establish management of priorities in a trauma situation. You should be able to demonstrate skills within a given simulated clinical and surgical skills practicum, which are often required in the initial assessment and treatment of the trauma patient with multiple injuries.
This is a course for new ATLS Students, this is not a refresher course or an Instructor Course.

This is a course for those that have been selected as Instructor Potential and are wanting to take the
ATLS Instructor Course.
Due to the fast paced, complex nature of this course, the American College of Surgeons dictates that you must be present for the entire course, you should have no clinical responsibilities, not be on-call, and be on time each day. The use of cell phones and laptops will be discouraged.
Breast Decisions 2023
The 5th annual Breast Decisions event will feature a panel of physicians and care experts will provide insights on the journey through breast cancer for patients, survivors, and their family. The program also includes a resource fair, chair massages, patient stories and lunch.
City of Davenport
The City of Davenport wants its employees to stay healthy by encouraging them to take advantage of the preventive health screenings.
Orlando Health will conduct the following preventive health screening tests/exams for the City of Davenport employees: Vitals (Blood pressure, height, weight, waist circumference); Lab Work (Cholesterol, HbA1c, CBC, CMP); EKG; Chest X-Ray; Calcium Scoring CT Scan. Participants will be asked to: Fast for 12-hours (Please take prescribed medications with water); Avoid caffeine; Wear comfortable clothing; Bring photo ID.
