Choose One Heart-Health for South Lake County Residents (Spring)

Orlando Health Choose One is a FREE interactive health improvement program designed to help you establish and maintain a heart-healthy lifestyle.

This free program provides you with the support and knowledge you need to reduce your cardiovascular risk factors (such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, blood sugar, body weight).

The program includes:
• Two biometric screening sessions (one before and one after)
• Six weekly virtual education sessions

Program Eligibility:
• Open to any south Lake County resident 18 years of age and older.
• Does not require insurance.
• No cost.
• As part of the grant awarded by the Livewell Foundation of South Lake County, program participants must reside within south Lake County, including the cities of Clermont, Minneola, Montverde, Ferndale, Groveland and Mascotte.

Improving your heart’s health doesn’t have to be difficult. Orlando Health Choose One will show you how with the support of a positive, team-focused approach.
